By accessing and using EpicStamp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EpicStamp provides website carbon footprint analysis and eco-friendly certification services. We scan websites to estimate their carbon emissions per page view and offer certification badges for qualifying websites.

3. User Accounts

When you submit a website for scanning, an account may be automatically created using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Certification

Certifications are valid for the period specified in the selected plan. Certified websites are subject to periodic re-checks. If a website's carbon footprint significantly increases, the certification status may be reviewed.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Certification fees are non-refundable once the certificate has been issued. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

6. Accuracy of Results

Carbon footprint estimates are calculated using the Sustainable Web Design (SWD) v4 model. Results are estimates based on available data and may not reflect exact real-world emissions. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee precise measurements.

7. Limitation of Liability

EpicStamp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
