1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EpicStamp ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

EpicStamp provides website carbon footprint analysis and eco-friendly certification services.

3. User Accounts

An account may be automatically created. You are responsible for its security.

4. Certification

Certifications are valid for the selected plan period with periodic re-checks.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely. Fees are non-refundable after certificate issuance.

6. Accuracy of Results

Estimates are calculated using the SWD v4 model and are approximate.

6a. Badge Impression Tracking

When you install an EpicStamp certification badge on your website, each page view that renders the badge sends a request to our servers. We record the certificate code and the date of each request. This data is used to:

• Calculate the real carbon footprint of your website based on actual visitor traffic, instead of category-based estimates.
• Show you accurate impression statistics in your dashboard and periodic email reports.
• Publish anonymized, aggregated statistics in our marketing materials (e.g. "X million impressions served across all certified sites").

We do NOT record visitor IP addresses, user agents, referrers, or any other personally identifiable information about the end users visiting your website. Only an aggregated daily count per certificate is stored permanently.

By using our certification service and installing the badge, you consent to this tracking. If you wish to opt out, simply remove the badge from your website — no further tracking will occur.

7. Intellectual Property

EpicStamp and its certificates are owned by Dynomica Ltd.

8. Limitation of Liability

EpicStamp is provided "as is" without warranties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
